Vendor Monitoring: 60% report increased breaches, but only 41% monitor risks beyond direct suppliers. AI Adoption: Despite AI adoption, only 22% have formal vetting processes for third-party AI tools. Compliance Tools: 61% use GRC software, but 66% find them ineffective for dynamic third-party risks.
