The disruption began on Thursday morning and impacted additional platforms like Google Maps, Drive, and Analytics. Monitoring services confirmed widespread service interruptions, with an increase in user reports around 10:00 a.m. local time in Turkey (07:00 GMT).

The outage was primarily concentrated in Southeastern Europe, affecting countries such as Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, and Georgia. Intermittent disruptions were also reported in other parts of Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, Ukraine, and Russia, as well as in U.S. cities like New York and Chicago.

Impact on Services

The service disruption lasted nearly two hours, with access gradually restored later in the morning. During this period, many websites that rely on Google Ads appeared without advertisements, and services like Google Analytics experienced significant slowdowns.

Data from outage-tracking websites indicated that reports of service disruptions spiked around 2:10 AM EST, particularly affecting the East and West Coasts of the United States.
