The breach, identified as a "Hacking/IT Incident," involved unauthorized access to the organization's network server. This incident occurred from Tue, Nov 5, 2024, to Mon, Nov 11, 2024. During this period, unauthorized individuals accessed and copied files containing sensitive patient data.
Upon detection of suspicious activity, Doctors Imaging Group initiated an investigation to assess the extent of the breach. The detailed review of the affected files concluded on Fri, Aug 29, 2025, and the breach was officially reported to authorities on Wed, Sep 24, 2025.
