The Trump administration has announced the launch of TrumpRx, a new online platform expected to be operational by early 2026. This website will enable American consumers to purchase prescription drugs directly from pharmaceutical companies at reduced prices, bypassing the need for insurance.

Pfizer has become the first U.S. pharmaceutical company to join TrumpRx, offering discounts of up to 85% for consumers paying without insurance and for Medicaid beneficiaries. Additionally, Pfizer will provide medications to the Medicaid program at reduced rates.
