According to documents released by prosecutors, Senators Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa and Christopher "Bong" Go are among eight officials named in a document dated Mon, Feb 13, 2023.

Duterte, who was arrested in Manila in March 2025, is currently held in ICC custody at The Hague in the Netherlands. He faces three counts of crimes against humanity, which include allegations of involvement in at least 76 murders as part of his "war on drugs."
